We hold a general contractor's license with a residential endorsement from the State of Alaska and Municipality of Anchorage.  We work within the scope of our licensing but use vetted and certified plumbing and electrical specialists to meet code requirements, when necessary.

Carpentry

We have a full service wood shop, and the most advanced tools and techniques to tackle any woodworking project.  We specialize in general framing, decks, walkways, baseboard trim, countertop construction, and matching out of production cabinetry.

Dry Wall Installation and Patching

Large or small; thirty years of trade experience has allowed us to develop a proven method of matching any finish with flawless results in a short amount of working time.  

Dry Rot and Moisture Infiltration

Alaska's unique climate can accelerate symptoms of architectural design flaws by ten to twenty years.  We specialize in designing affordable solutions that will last for the lifetime of the home.

Electrical

We are able to troubleshoot all residential electrical issues, and work with qualified electricians when the work falls outside our scope of licensing.  Whether it is running new service to an addition, or simply changing out a light fixture we can make it happen.

Foundations and Crawl Spaces

Many homes in the Anchorage area sit on or below the water table, and need systems in place to mitigate damage from ground water infiltrating through foundation walls.  Whether it's sump pump installation, vapor barrier layout, or waterproofing around buildings we have strategies for improving existing structures.

Locksmithing

We have on-site equipment to accurately cut keys and rebuild locks. 

Plumbing

From fixing copper tubing to installing a new toilet we have thirty years of maintenance experience on every kind of structure found in Anchorage, and have the knowledge to troubleshoot any kind of plumbing or water related issue.  When necessary we use only qualified plumbers to assist when the work is outside our scope of licensing.
